Our Collaborations

The Public Health Training Center Network (PHTCN) has a long history of cross-center collaboration. We are well-connected to each other, to our national partners, and to the expertise needed to support the public health workforce on a local and national basis. Together, we have created models to help local public health teams drive systems change; established a nationwide set of racial justice competencies; developed resources to support health departments in their workforce development planning…and so much more!

Resources

Each of our member Public Health Training Centers offers a wide range of programs and services designed to meet the specific needs of their particular region and workforce. We have tapped into that rich workforce development resource to compile groups of courses that address current and emerging topics nationwide.

With a unique blend of local relevance and national breadth, the PHTCN plays a vital role in building and sustaining a strong workforce. We share our initiatives and impact at a variety of national events. Find out where we’ll be next, and learn about other helpful workforce development activities.
